SALSA QUEMADA

THIS IS A VERY EASY TO MAKE SALSA THAT KEEPS WELL.  TOMATOES AND VEGETABLES ARE “DRY ROASTED” UNTIL NEARLY BURNT ON ALL SIDES (QUEMADA LITERALLY MEANS BURNED IN ESPANOL). PLACED IN A BLENDER, THEN BLENDED INTO A SMOOTH SALSA.  THIS CLASSIC TABLE SALSA IN MEXICO ADDS MOISTURE AND A GREAT LAYER OF FLAVOR.  TRY IT, YOU’LL THANK ME TOMORROW! salsaquemada2salsaquemada3 SALSAQUEMADA
